• Maintaining the integrity of the copiers, printers, and multifunction devices in a geographical area while reducing the call load by 20%
• Serving as the technical resource for clients and other technicians via phone support or in person 
• Assisting in the OEM return process by providing the necessary documentation (initial forms, pictures, settings lists, and speaking with adjusters in person)
