Regan Dodd

I am an interior design student with a deep passion for architecture and drafting. Through my education I have been able to dive deeper into the technical and structural aspects of design, leading me to pursue opportunities in the architecture field. My experience as a realtor has given me great perspective on how spaces function and appeal to clients and their needs, allowing me to problem solve and bridge the gap between design and real world application. I am eager to gain hands on experience in drafting, refining my technical skills, and contribute to projects that bring architectural visions to life. 

I have a very diverse professional background that has allowed me to really hone in on my organization, client focused, detail oriented skills. As a program manager of a nonprofit, I developed strong event planning and project management abilities. In my restaurant and beverage promotion positions, I strengthened my communication skills and learned how to adapt to fast paced environments. Additionally, my experience as a realtor has given me perspective into architecture design, space planning, and client needs. I am eager to apply all these skills I have developed into the world of architecture design and furthering my passion in spatial planning and technical drafting. 

I completed my real estate education a few years ago and am currently pursuing further education in an associates degree in interior design, set to graduate in May 2026. Throughout my studies, I have developed a passion for architecture and drafting. While I am open to furthering my education with a bachelor's degree if the opportunity arises, I am currently focused on gaining hands on experience in the field and applying my knowledge to real world projects.
