I’ve spent the last 2.5 years working with a company that was a liaison between property management rental companies and activity providers. I’ve worked customers service for both the guest of rentals, booking their excursions and activities as well as t client success, engaging the property management companies. More specifically most of my time with the company I was in a position to write custom responses for Alexia devices the guest could interacted within the rental unit, as well as organize, manage and update the system when needed. The position required research, logic and strategic content writing for these devices. Many times I attended meeting with property management to discuss their specific needs for custom responses to be added. These devices were a means of marketing directly to the guest. I also was the assistant to the Vice President of Onboarding and Client Success. 

I have had many years of customer service, from restaurant, retail, call centers to Client success And onboarding. I also have a knack for marketing, I’m well organized and have a strong attention to details. 

I attended the Art Institute of Houston, graduating in 2010 with an Associates degree in graphic design.
