A fellowship opportunity focused on initiatives to promote sustainable and equitable energy solutions within communities. • Provide strategic guidance on the allocation of billions in BIL/IRA funding, optimizing grant structures and lifecycle management. Develop and implement streamlined processes and operational systems to enhance cross-program coordination. Launch training series for a 1000+ person office to address knowledge gaps. • Design, implement, and oversee community-based energy projects, including renewable energy and energy efficiency initiatives, ensuring successful execution and compliance with budgets and timelines. • Collaborate with local governments, organizations, and community members to identify energy needs, build consensus, and advocate for policies and practices that support sustainable and equitable energy solutions.

Farmers Electric Cooperative | Greenville, TX | 2022-2023 

Embedded in a rural cooperative, this position drove the adoption and implementation of innovative clean energy solutions. • Built and expanded the distributed energy resource department by analyzing grid and energy consumption data to identify and implement optimal projects that enhance transmission resiliency and reduce energy costs for consumers. • Reported key industry trends and insights to senior leadership, contributing to informed strategic decision-making and advocacy efforts within and outside the organization. • Identified and evaluated new technologies and innovations in the clean energy sector, boosting the cooperative's clean energy planned portfolio by 20%.
