Rayandra Bharata Harun

I'm a sophomore studying Industrial Engineering at UC Berkeley; I am eager to see where my technical and analytical skill sets intersect with finance, corporate strategy, and product. 

Beyond the classroom, I have honed my problem-solving abilities through hands-on experience. I practiced my leadership and collaboration skills as a Project Manager at Ascend UC Berkeley. I led a team of six consultants to craft data-driven market entry and expansion strategies for clients such as Panasonic, Poshmark, and Adobe. My internship at Amazon Web Services Indonesia exposed me to implementing cloud-based solutions and systems architecture for enterprise-level clients, providing them with operational efficiency and edge.

My data analysis and process optimization foundation is built upon coursework such as CS61A, CS61B, and Data 8, which have equipped me with a strong command of Python, SQL, and Java.  These courses have honed my ability to analyze large datasets, derive meaningful insights, and optimize decision-making processes. My passion for optimization extends beyond engineering, as I chose to supplement my STEM background with business acumen by taking courses such as UGBA 102A (Financial Accounting), UGBA 106 (Marketing), and UGBA 105 (Leading People). These business classes have shaped a people-centered approach to problem-solving, allowing me to bridge the technical and team feasibility gap.
