I have extensive experience in data base management and HR assistant role. Formatted and prepared presentations; Created new files and maintained them. Performed the logistical duties of coordinating the firm-wide offsite annual meeting for 400+ employees and staff, including the preparation and coordination of the master deck slide presentation-from various sources; Venue coordination with separate break-out sessions, agendas, presentations, technical needs, and coordinated a sit-down lunch with alternative menu selections. Reorganized the employee record maintenance system, used MS Excel and Access to create a database. Auditing pay cases/calculating SDI pay, pay for employees' who are away of a leave of absence and, keen attention to detail, experience working within PeopleSoft 8.8. Prepared and send out successful and unsuccessful letters to candidates. Prepared all employees on boarding - new contracts amity and employment package followed up with interviewers on commencement formalities, police checks, drivers' licenses. Maintained the HR Data Base and regularly update the personnel information. Authorized to work in the US for any employer.
