Rashmi Waghmare

I recently completed my Master’s in public health Program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, AL, USA with an emphasis on Health care organisation and policy making. Prior to this, I graduated with Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery in India and also acquired a degree in Master of Business Administration in India. Post my dental degree, I gained clinical experience while working in a dental clinic where I have assisted in various dental procedures like tooth extraction, root canal treatment in collaboration with other dentists. In addition to clinical experience, I gained analytical and conceptual ideas related to strategy and operations in hospitals. I have also briefly worked in in health insurance area, all my prior work experiences have motivated me to work in health care industry focussing on public health organization.
