I have had over 20 years of customer service experience. The last nine have been spent servicing the jewelry industry as an operations manager and, before that, a production manager. I have had to multitask in a very fast-paced environment. I have had to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional environment. I was responsible for all the ordering, sales, quality control, pricing, invoicing,g and customer relations. I am a quick learner with self-motivation to research and learn about my industry and about new skills needed to perform adequately or even above what is expected.
Experience
I have 13 years of experience in the jewelry industry, as well as a year of accounting experience. A strong background in customer service is how I am building my own business in the jewelry industry. Conforming to customer needs while providing top-notch jewelry service and creating lasting memories through jewelry design.
