Rachael Zimmerman

I have been Working in the public sector in Teton County for 15 years. Working varying positions over that time but most recently as a Recreation Center Manager for 3 years and then as a superintendent for the past year. These roles entailed employee and facility management, budget, long term planning, hiring and  training of multiple department (customer service, aquatics, climbing department, youth enrichment and education, fitness and sports etc.)and management of varying contractors, vendors and contracts. In the past 3 years I helped oversee and manage the start up of a 30 million dollar renovation project of a 75000 square foot facility. Vetting varying software companies, hiring and training for new departments and maintaining the relationships with community members, commissioners and private businesses.

As I do not have a formal degree or college education, I believe my 20 years of experience in varying fields has allowed me to gain the knowledge and understanding of management, customer service, employee management, hiring and training, property management, budget and much more that has been proven to be invaluable.
