Rachael Wake

I am a recent graduate looking for a start in the phlebotomy and medical laboratory assistant field. with foundational knowledge in Phlebotomy and hands-on experience gained through academic projects. I always maintain strong teamwork, problem-solving, and time-management skills. I am prepared to start career and make meaningful contributions with commitment and drive, working with true empathy and care for the patient. I would love to find an organization that I can grow with and that will help that growth.
 

I have had several years of customer service experience, working directly with people of all ages. I have been in the management area for most of those years. I also worked on the “Star Team” with Dollar General, traveling to different stores in my district helping them to make changes in the way they care for their stores and customers and relaunching the store in the proper fashion. I've trained many employees over the years and know the best ways to work closely with people and help to make certain things are done appropriately and with compassion and promoting teamwork at all times.

I recently graduated from Carrington College in Reno, Nevada with an Phlebotomy Technician Certificate from the NHA as well as receiving my Nevada State License.  I was first in my class as well as the first to receive my certificate and license.
