About Quintez Gatewood:

I am an upcoming undergraduate student at UNLV, with a strong interest in commercial real estate. I am an economics student with a minor and real estate who is recently licensed, extremely outgoing, love to network and learn whenever the opportunity is presented. I have interned with Prologis previously and want to build from there.

Experience

I didn't want to always be in real estate, because I was under the impression it was only realty. Once I had a former professor elaborate on commercial real estate, I was drawn in. I never knew about financing, lending development etc. But always wondered how certain structures came to be. Being from rural town, I grew up seeing abandoned buildings with no purpose. This is where I truly feel my curiosity was first piqued.
