I have been with my current company for 22 years. I have performed many skills throughout my career at Michelin Tire Corp within six positions. I was hired in the year 2000, as a repair and inspection operator. My responsibilities were to set up for dimension changes, inspect tires every hour and repair any non-conformity that were found during inspections (4 yrs).  I bid on a job as a machine operator in production. I cross train on all machines to become MP2 validated. I became a group team leader during that time. I communicated product needs and provided lunch and break reliefs for the team. Also, I had to communicate with the forklift driver to ensure product was provided in a timely manner to the customer (5yrs). I got promoted to move to the Earthmover plant to become a operator and trainer. I patiently train operators on how to operate a machine to become validated. I created work methods and apply to the new standard for the best safety and quality results. Lift products over 50lbs to manually make the tire in a fast-pace environment. Work with the trainee for support with questions, complaints and feedback, and evaluate their performance to gauge where skills are lacking and created a solution to improve results. (11yrs). I decided to explore more options within the company. So I went into the supply chain.  I am now a supply chain analyst.  I perform daily counts and manage on-time delivery according to customer needs. Communicate with internal and external customers face to face, email or via chat on delay of products and actions to resolve them. I am a team player in whatever I do! I have perfect attendance for 21 years. (Covid got me 1 yr). I am a volunteer for the Education Challenge program at Red Bank elementary. There is so much that I am apart of! I have the skills and experience to do any job and deliver great results! Lastly, the one thing that is unique about me is my smile! I make evreyone feel welcome…
