With decades of leadership in public safety, I now channel my experience into community resilience, disaster relief, and entrepreneurial ventures. My wife Laura and I are preparing for full-time RV travel, seeking flexible, couple-friendly roles that let us serve, explore, and grow together. Whether it's managing resilience hubs, launching digital products, or mentoring teams, I bring strategic vision, hands-on expertise, and a heart for impact.
Experience
Retired Deputy Fire Chief with 30+ years of experience in crisis management, strategic planning, and community resilience. Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, securing grants, and building operational systems for emergency response and recovery. Now focused on remote, flexible roles that align with disaster relief, facility management, and digital entrepreneurship. Skilled in mentoring, volunteer mobilization, and launching online ventures—including preparedness tools and educational products.
Education
Completed substantial coursework toward a degree in Public Safety, supported by over 30 years of hands-on leadership in emergency services. My career as a Deputy Fire Chief provided real-world application of academic principles in crisis management, community resilience, and operational oversight. While I haven’t formally completed the degree, my training, certifications, and field experience reflect a comprehensive and practical education in public safety.
