I am a certified CRM specialist with over 5 years of experience in technology, business, and customer relationship management. I have successfully implemented CRM solutions across various industries, providing expertise in advising on best practices, analyzing business needs, and delivering tailored CRM solutions. I also have experience in user training and support. In addition, I have a background in mortgage broking and sales and marketing, where I demonstrated leadership and received recognition for outstanding performance.

I am currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Business Analytics, where I am gaining a deep understanding of how to leverage data to make informed business decisions. The program is equipping me with skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making, helping me analyze business trends and improve overall performance.
