Phoenicia Wallace

With several years of experience as a Deputy Prothonotary at the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, I was responsible for maintaining dockets and original records, enforcing standards of communication, overseeing the capital case docket, and supervising office personnel on complex legal and procedural issues. I also coordinated large scale, multifaceted court-wide events such as oral argument sessions.

Before joining the Supreme Court of PA, I served as the Executive Director at Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity, a non-profit organization that works toward just outcomes for low-income individuals who have had contact with the criminal justice system. I also served as a Deputy Attorney General at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, where I handled consumer protection civil litigation compliance and appellate matters.

I have a Juris Doctor degree from the Appalachian School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
