Phillip Trusty

Hi everyone! I'm Phillip Trusty, a passionate and driven individual with a love for connecting with people and building strong relationships.  I'm currently exploring the exciting world of cannabis, with a focus on sales and customer service within the dispensary industry.

I'm a firm believer in continuous learning and I'm currently pursuing two exciting paths: real estate school and cannabis processing training through Cannavision. My ultimate goal is to own and operate my own dispensary, creating a welcoming and informative space for customers. And because I love making people feel at home, I'm also working towards starting an Airbnb business!

My strengths lie in my ability to connect with people on a personal level, making them feel comfortable and understood.  I'm a natural communicator with strong organizational skills and a solid work ethic. I thrive in customer service environments where I can use my positive energy and sense of humor to create positive experiences.

I held a variety of positions in the animal care, customer service, and food service industries. I have experience in animal care and handling, cleaning and maintenance, and food preparation and meal planning. I'm proficient in Microsoft Office and retail sales experience. I'm currently pursuing a career in the cannabis industry and is attending real estate school. 

I'm attending Stautzenberger College taking cannabis while taking State of Maryland real estate classes.
