I’ve always believed the most meaningful work happens where empathy meets execution. My career began in education and evolved into global program strategy—not by design, but by curiosity. Each chapter has reinforced my conviction that lasting progress isn’t the result of one idea or institution, but of people working together across disciplines, cultures, and systems to turn vision into structure and momentum into impact. 

Today, I focus on building partnerships and strategies that help mission-driven organizations grow smarter and act faster. Whether developing multi-country research networks, aligning enterprise-level initiatives, or designing frameworks that translate data into direction, I’m motivated by a belief that collaboration and clarity can unlock extraordinary outcomes. My background blends analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, allowing me to navigate both strategy rooms and field realities. I’m energized by teams who pursue ambitious goals with curiosity, humility, and a sense of shared purpose.

Global health is most impactful when strategy meets compassion. In my current role, I lead international humanitarian and healthcare programs across regions of extreme resource scarcity. My focus blends operational discipline with sustainable growth, empowering medical teams and local partners across English-, French-, Lingala-, and Spanish-speaking regions. Through collaborative partnerships with ministries, NGOs, and global agencies, I strengthen medical infrastructure, reduce disparities, and promote long-term system resilience. Data-driven planning and transparent financial modeling guide every decision, ensuring that compassion is backed by measurable, sustainable impact.
