·       Administered Microsoft Active Directory, as well as reformed systems management, analysis, and upgrades in an enterprise environment.

·       Managed and troubleshooted any network issues for users including, Cisco AnyConnect VPN, Ethernet connections, network drivers, firewalls, and 3rd party certificates for users.

·       Hardened the network according to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and the MITRE ATT&CK framework utilizing programs such as Tenable, SCCM and CrowdStrike.

·       Administered Microsoft Active Directory, as well as reformed systems management, analysis, and upgrades in an enterprise environment.

·       Managed the data for cyber security projects involving the entire staff directory of ATF. Processed, organized, and communicated biometric MFA data on 10,000 personnel records.

·       Was the Point of Contact for 20 other Departments/Agencies for personnel records.

·       Reworked the Windows Storage system and admin files on the server. Worked with a team to implement the new file infrastructure.

·       Working with IAM (Identity and Access Management) programs/solutions in order to reinforce the security of federal clients who work with sensitive information.

·       Researched and analyzed Federal laws, regulations, and guidance relating to the PSD programs; kept abreast of ongoing personnel security reform efforts, mandates, and guidelines.

·       Developed thorough policies, operating procedures, and manuals with this assistance and guidance from PSD personnel.

·       Addressed, and solved IT issues through Remedy/ServiceNow software. Created and finalized tickets. Provided clear and prompt costumer support to vendors.

·       Maintained IT on multiple computers or network devices represented within an onsite or remote system.

·       Performed enterprise comprehensive patch management program, to include all patches, upgrades, and enhancements in accordance with the SOC and FEMA configuration management procedures.

·       Maintained vendor upgrades and patches for both the server and client applications. Windows servers and domain controllers within an Active Directory forest and a child domain.

·       Provided full backup(s) and Continuity of Operations and Disaster Recovery; restore files and directories in response to user help desk requests, as a tier 2 and 3 level of support.

·       Ran and laid network/ethernet and voice cabling (Cat6) through new and renovated buildings.

·       Toned, mapped, and labeled Ethernet cables running from data drops to the switch. Also, organized and cleaned the switches and routers for the integration of the local network.

·       Upgraded all hardware and software as new devices/software are pushed out, audit systems to be upgraded and ensure software and licenses are available to complete the upgrade.

·       Maintained new and surplus equipment, inventory and/or and schedule the use of computer labs, conference rooms and auditoriums and work with instructors to determine exact requirements needed for successful completion of training.

·       Worked with VMWare workstation for Windows. Troubleshooted and configured the virtual machine for a DHS environment.

·       Created SOPs for areas of support to cover software, hardware and training specific requirements.

·       Maintained and updated the SharePoint website using HTML.
