• ATR (Available to Renew): Creation of views in Snowflake for the purpose of creating Tableau dashboard for stakeholders to view subscription data on ATR (Available to Renew) over a period and used data modelling techniques to simulate %’s across various portfolios like Midsize and premium etc.,
• OPEX Head Count: Created an OPEX Head Count dashboard to represent the current state of HC across various theaters and portfolios and broken down by Actual Blue Badge (FTEs), Actual red Badge, Open Backfills, Open Incremental, Future acceptance, Expected Attritions, Expected Net Transfers, Pending Approval Backfill, Pending Approval Growth. Data Mapping of various attributes by using lookup tables. Headcount data was extracted from the upstream SAP HANA environment.
• Capacity Forecasting Tool: Acquired data from various data sources and flat files and was responsible for the development and launch of the Capacity Forecasting Tool. The tool (SQL server/SQL Tableau) provides greater confidence in planning and capacity management and case volume forecasting for the Compliance Support Team (CST)
• Customer Success Specialist (CSS) Metrics: Extracted, interpreted, and analyzed SFDC data to identify key metrics and transform raw data into meaningful, actionable information that allows management to monitor the performance of Customer Success Specialist (CSS).
• Software Compliance Executive Dashboard: Conducted monthly/quarterly data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes of multiple compliance data and Bookings data files in preparation for consolidation and uploading into the dashboard for Stakeholder QBR’s, KPIs and Finance reporting. CCW/CCWR Data extracts for pulling Product related information.
• Sales Team Status Review Push reports: Created complex monthly push reports using advanced capabilities in Excel to extract data from ServiceNow workflow management data and provide an Executive level summary and detailed drill-down reporting on the status of the End Customer reviews with a diagrammatically represented chart to show the current review stage.

Gray Market Analysis - Tool: Developed and supported an in-house tool to process and report gray market data using some very complex data mining and data mapping techniques. Cisco’s Commerce data was used as the SSOT to determine the ownership ‘Last Known End Customer’ for a particular Serial Number. The disposition of the device was determined using Installed base data considering RMA (Return Material Authorization) and other relevant attributes. A user-friendly tool was built using the C/S ODBC architecture with SQL server as the back end and Excel as the Frone end. The tool was well received by the Brand Protection group that primarily protects all IP portfolios.

• Own the product roadmap for channels programs. Effectively support each regional stakeholder of the Channels / Cisco Capital applications who is responsible to execute Worldwide strategy at the country level and to Identify process improvements. • Develop analytics solutions using Tableau, SQL and other Business Intelligence tools and trained offshore/onshore resources.
