• Engineered a database and analytical pipeline to produce a multi-generational, representative synthesized population of Washington state.
• Deployed a customized deep learning record linkage model, trained on my synthetic population. The model is currently responsible for linking Washington state’s over 23 million negative COVID labs to their proper positive cases.
• Remodeled my agency’s negative COVID lab analytic pipeline to run 10x faster whilst using a smaller GPU, cutting the process’ daily costs 100-fold.
