Paula Carter

I have been a nurse for 29+ years.  Most of my career has been in home health arena with the last 14 years in administration.   I am a dedicated worker and strive to continue to provide excellent leadership and care to others.  I currently live in Yukon, OK and I enjoy being with my family and friends.

 I hold an Oklahoma Home Health Administrators License; expires July, 2025.  I have a compact RN license.  I have background in Med/Surg, Wound Care, Chronic Disease Management, Assisted Living Administrator and Operations along with leadership skills, payroll, scheduling, care planning, case management, and education.

I have a BSN in Nursing Science, Received my RN licensure in 2010 from University of Oklahoma.  I held an LPN license for 15 years, worked full-time and put myself through college.  I have one-year full-time experience in wound care clinic with hyperbaric training for wound healing.  I bring with me years of patient care experience for chronic and acute disease managemnt, IV therapy, wound care, and desire to teach the next generation of leaders.
