Paul Stafford

I am a self starter and highly motivated individual. I love working with the public.  People are my passion.  I have been in customer service for over 20 years.  I have also worked in supervisory capacity for 13 of those years.  I am quite organized, dependable, and punctual.  I have a professional integrity that I am quite proud of .

I worked for the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration for 15 years.  I was a supervisor in the Collection Division.  I was also a Customer Service Specialist in the Individual Income Tax Call Center for 2 years.  I have most recently been involved with non-profit work with the homeless.  I worked with Bethlehem House in Conway, AR for 7 years.  I prepared meals, provided transportation, volunteer coordination, records management, as well as volunteering income tax filing services.

I went through quite a lot of training with the Department of Finance, my specialty in that area would be in human resource management training. Also, income tax review training, and collection law training.
