35 years Experience drywall and commercial construction 

I started in this trade in 80's , have worked as a working superintendent for general contractor such as Kane construction, Gregg company and Tripp Construction mostly tenant fit out occupied unoccupied, 

 most of my experience is from drywall contractor, in base building projects reading prints , layout, communication with GC ,material take off, tracking billable change orders , manpower ,trouble shooter and solutions. I have run crews as large  as 100  plus doing high rise base building project thru out  DMV area

Capable to multitask, Blueprint literate , e, Computer capable, Estimating ,material take off, keep track of change orders ,track all billable extras,schedules deliveries , sticking to budget ,coordinate and schedule project time line, excellent troubleshooting skills and speedy solutions ,able to Coordinates with homeowners ,G.C. and or sub contractors, I am a people person ,can get along with all, ,schedule and run work crew and workload

Experience :

2017 to present, working as project manager field supervisor for kitchen and bath company,  taking projects from designer sale team to the finsh line , with a average of 25% grippage completing around 3 million in projects . Ordering material scheduling subs and communication with clients .owning each project and being responsible everything ,

2015 to 2017 , Topher construction doing disaster restoration Insurance work , 

2009 to 2015 I lived on island of Hawaii, home improvements opportunities occurred , during this time I remodeled kitchens and bathrooms mostly for myself . Most of the work came from word of mouth, I also did stone flooring around pools and outside areas, with a few condo total remodels. 

2007 to 2008 DULLES DRYWALL (JOE CARTER ) Working on base bld. project ,15 story courtyard by Marriott ,8 floor office building

2003-2007 years of jumping around between  Total drywall , Cj coakley,  component construction, ADI , and Pillar Construction

1999 to 2004 PROLINE CONSTRUCTION project completed 

BELLHEAVEN COUNTRY CLUB ( main building ) in northern Va. Restaurants in Washington and Va. ,such as Capital City Brewery and ,Ruth Chris in D.C., The YMCA on M street NW. D.C. KENWOOD country club (pool house)

 1997 to1999 KANE CONSTRUCTION Dennis Kane 

Working on commercial project for lawyer firms ,high end tenant fit outs. Demo to installation 

1992 to 1997 Gregg Construction started as a mech. To a foreman ,mostly working in the D.C. area doing office fit-outs and row housing remodleing in Washington D.C.. Were we did everything in house. Plumbing and electrical as well as finishes. All jobs demo to finishes
