Complete Ownership of Remote Operations Management of personnel, technical and administrative work flows, equipment levels and budget of the ESPN MLB Baseball, Augusta Masters and PGA Championship golf properties. Past properties managed include WNBA, NCAA Womens Volleyball Championship and Mens' Frozen Four Hockey Championship. 
Create all foundational template documentation defining the parameters of the production model including production model, transmission paths and integrations, crewing levels, operations producers assignments, budget parameters, equipment levels and logistics.
Vendor negotiations and procurement for specialty technical equipment including high speed and specialty camera’s, RF Video and Audio systems, Robotic systems, IP and Cellular transmission systems, mobile broadcast trucks and vendor support personnel.
Collaborate with ESPN in-house Production teams, Technical Specialists, Net Traffic, Media Technologies, Communications, Emerging Technologies, Live from Home (LFH), Remote Engineers and Vendor technical staff to Develop, Secure and Integrate new specialty equipment and work flows in response to continuously evolving  technology innovations, efficiencies and capabilities
Direct Management of remote operations producers and scheduling assignments.
Serve as main point of contact for central information distribution for Remote Operations Departments (crewing, net traffic, logistics, mobile trucks, vendors) on assigned properties including seasonal games, studio coverage and specialty marquee events including the annual MLB Home Run Derby, Williamsport Classic and London Classic events, historic Sunday Night Baseball from Havana, Cuba and various Semi Final and Championship games.
Perform weekly remote operations meetings/conference calls and serve as ESPN remote operations representative for MLB related industry interviews and publications
Collaborate with legal department on MSA agreements and statements of work language to define scope of work with outside broadcast partners.
Instrumental in develooing and executing the remote ESPN REMCO model now used across many sport management groups.
Various Sports Emmy nominations for ESPN Sunday Night Baseball in Technical and Live Sound categories.

PERFORMANCE RESULTS

Deploying new and innovative equipment, technologies and work flow efficiencies in conjunction with vendor rental packaging and renegotiations provided for a significant and immediate 10% cost reduction for the ESPN MLB remote operations property and established a new baseline for many ESPN sport properties across the board with many adopting the work flows, equipment and efficiencies vetted and perfected through “proof of concept” during the MLB baseball seasons.

Provided 24/7/365 on-call remote operations and logistics functions for mobile engineers and clients to manage mission critical functions including equipment additions, failures, replacements and all associated logistics, travel and flight changes, personnel schedule changes and border crossing issue’s.
Create equipment allocation schedules and generate master equipment usage document for on site technical engineers to direct equipment utilization and logistics for larger Sports and Entertainment events where multiple mobile units and significant shipments are involved.
