Experienced dog handler spreading support and joy for more than three years by sharing my passion of dogs through Alliance of Therapy Dogs and Heart of Texas programs.  We give to the community weekly as a K-9 Ambassadors at DFW airport, regular visits to memory care centers and rehab centers, hospitals, mental health events at high schools and colleges, and have participated in child enrichment at the homeless center and elementary reading programs. 

Professional leader in Information Technology experienced as a Project Manager managing and coordinating all aspects of Quality Assurance and Integration testing. Excellent communication with business, product owners, and development teams to lead and analyze requirement gaps. Implement processes to track test reporting and defects. Positive leader in communication, planning, and coordination of large integration projects. • Coordinate with development managers and project managers to identify appropriate scope of testing required for the project to ensure the timely and successful implementation of the projects.
• Coordinator and monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during the project, including collaboration with project managers to eliminate blockers. 
• Work with Quality Assurance Leads on projects that have downstream or cross lines of business impacts.
• Participate in all phases of the Jira software development process, responsible for the application requirements, environment readiness and issues.
• Collaborate with QA and Business teams throughout the test effort for deliverable reviews, test planning and test execution.
• Manage and monitor all escalated defects from the Project team members to verify resolution. Participate in identifying resolution of the defects during the execution process.
• Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Identify risk and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them.
• Publish status reports to project stakeholders and Project Tracking System and update to the steering committee.
