Experience

  • Senior Project Management – Planview Administration - Performance Improvement (PI) – PV Configuration (PVC) Services
  • Senior project manager responsible for execution of multiple strategic projects. Provide hands-on project management & actively manages project plans, deliverables, dependencies, outcome and stakeholder communications for assigned projects within the agreed upon timeframe and guidelines.
  • Provision of consulting services to design and set up a PMO & EPMO leveraging the Project & Portfolio Management PPM applications. Identify the capability, training and design remediation actions needed to leverage the program capabilities to the client's intended maturity target level. 
  • Design & build lifecycle processes, configure the PPM application, develop and deliver training needed to achieve optimal results and benefits for the PMO. Provide on-site & remote Planview Administration and application support as required by the customer. 

Education

SMU -  International Business + Economics 

FAU - Six Sigma Green Belt + Exec Certificate in Program Management + PMP preparation 

NSCC - Scientific Computer Programming 

Fluent English, Spanish
