About Patrick Miller:

Currently working as an Infection Preventionist cross-trained in all areas of infection control and prevention. As a senior level scientist with almost thirty years of experience in the biomedical/pharma, translational, and  academic research arenas, I am skilled in a wide array of techniques including cell line development, tissue culture, assay  development, molecular and biochemical methods, electrophoresis, PCR, qPCR, immunofluorescence, BSL-2 work with human and monkey  samples, and more. I have over eighteen years of laboratory management experience including laboratory start-ups, administration, employee supervision, and doctoral student and physician scientist training. In addition, I have extensive experience in leadership development, team dynamics, diversity and inclusion, and  mentorship. I have led several workshops on these topics at national meetings and believe this will be beneficial  when working with colleagues and clients to attain the successful execution of projects.
