For the first time in my adult life, I'm working for myself instead of my dependents.  My experience is broad and varied, ranging from 3 years of oil exploration as a Marine Seismic Observer in Brazil & Africa, to my 31 years at Boeing, where I was a senior manufacturing engineer, a first-line process engineering manager, and a senior manager in R&D and IT responsible for multi-million dollar projects and up to 50 people located across 5 states.
