Patricia Proulx

I am from North Dakota originally, but had the pleasure of growing up in beautiful Newport, RI. I feel very fortunate to be able to say the same about being here in beautiful Charleston, SC. I live currently in Mount Pleasant. 

I am an entrepreneur by heart. I have a little online boutique called “Boho Fancy Boutique” that I like to work on when I am not at work. I have also worked as a model/ film/ commercial person as a well-paid hobby.

I love animals with all my heart. I have two sweet cats currently.   I also love connecting with people. I have been called calming, charming, loyal,  kind, and a breath of fresh air before ( which is my personal favorite). 

I like to take pride in whatever I do. I am a professional,  loyal person with excellent work ethic. I like to keep busy, and I am always wanting to learn new skills. I love to  leave a memorable positive lasting impression on those that I may meet throughout my day.

I have worked with people in every career path that I have had. I have been a recruiter for a pool company and also worked as a b2b coordinator for a non-profit organization. The hospitality industry is where I have spent most of my professional life.

 I have been a server as well as managed at restaurants before. I have done menu development, as well as learning to cook authentic Italian dishes myself. My interpersonal skills is where I flourish.  I am very good with people. I am also a diligent, loyal and a very dependable worker and co-worker. I have used the Toast POS system most recently.  

I attended a community College back in Rhode Island for business management. 

When I managed a restaurant several years back, I did get a ServSafe certification.
