• Provide exemplary executive assistance by managing all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements for each executive, resulting in streamlined travel processes.

INCOME AUDITOR/PAYROLL – Additional Responsibilities
• Process Daily Income Audit to ensure proper revenue balancing for financial statements.
• Reconcile daily banquet postings to ensure accurate revenues are reported.
• Review food and beverage complimentary checks for compliance and control.
• Assists accounting department with requests, as needed.
• Processed bi-weekly payroll for hotel ensuring accurate payment to 380 employees, including gratuities and bonuses.
• Assisted in yearly payroll audit and DC Wage Audit of employees.
• Led conversion from Ceridian Payroll Systems to Dayforce Payroll Systems, ensuring accurate data transfer and payroll processing in new system.
• Assisted Assistant Director of Finance and Human Resources with deduction audits as needed.
