Hi, I’m Paige McNamara-Pittler—a product designer with 7 years of experience specializing in complex systems, particularly in financial services. I currently work at JPMorgan Chase, where I focus on designing digital experiences for high net-worth credit cardholders.
I’m known for blending strategic thinking with user-centered design. One of my proudest projects was redesigning the Freedom Rise credit card acquisition journey for Gen Z—where I helped shift the focus from judgmental lending models to more empowering, inclusive ones through secured credit experiences.
I’m also pursuing my master’s in Arts, Technology, and Business at USC, where I explore how emerging tech and service design can solve real-world problems. Experience
I’m a UX/Product Designer with 7 years of experience designing complex systems, primarily in fintech. At JPMorgan Chase, I’ve led digital experience design for the Affluent credit card portfolio, including the Sapphire Reserve. My work spans product strategy, user research, and high-fidelity prototyping, with a focus on simplifying financial products and increasing accessibility. I’ve also worked at Itron and GATC Health, and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Arts, Technology, and Business at USC to deepen my expertise in strategic innovation.
Education
I’m currently pursuing an M.S. in Arts, Technology, and Business at USC’s Iovine and Young Academy, where I focus on the intersection of design strategy, innovation, and emerging technologies. I also hold a B.A. in Digital Technology and Culture from Washington State University, which laid the foundation for my user-centered design approach and technical fluency.
