I am a sophomore mechanical engineering student at University of Delaware who is passionate about engineering and design.

I have over 4 years of experience in customer service and recently started an automotive vinyl wrap company. I am excited to enter the field of engineering!

Automotive Vinyl Wrap Company Wilmington, DE Owner June 2022 - August 2022 ● Started a small automotive vinyl wrap business that made over 5k in sales in under 3 months. ● Provided excellent quality work of automotive vinyl wraps to clients. ● Manage social media accounts to show work and adverse to new customers. ● Communicate with clients to get an idea of their wants and availability. ● Schedule clients. ● Have extensive knowledge of vinyl material to choose the right material for the given application. ● Disassemble/remove certain parts of cars to have enough space to work. 

Toyota Motor Corporation Glen Mills, PA Porter/Valet April 2021 - December 2022 ● Provide excellent customer service to service guests. ● Check-in guests and get their service visit started, carefully park cars in the service lot, and tag cars and keys. ● Assist technicians if needed, et. drive cars around for emissions tests, or try to replicate issues on test drives. ● Carefully pick up and deliver vehicles to customers' homes. ● Work well as a team with other porters and with coworkers in different departments in the dealership. ● Clean and disinfect rental vehicles. ● Disinfect customer cars prior to them leaving the dealership.

USA Hockey DE, PA Ice Hockey Referee October 2019 - February 2021 ● Work as a referee for ice hockey games. ● Enforce rules and regulations of USA Hockey in a professional manner. ● Work with many different referees each game to create a fair and safe playing environment. ● Adapt to different playing rules in each league/age group. ● Stay in physical shape to skate a full game (normally 1-2 hour games). ● Examine ice and playing conditions to allow for a safe playing environment.
