Throughout my career, I have gained extensive hands-on experience in shaping the future of workforces. I have successfully developed and implemented large-scale talent development initiatives, including talent review and succession planning processes across national locations. My portfolio includes compliance, operations, safety, leadership, and sales training programs aligned to specific training needs. I have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with business partners and senior leaders to facilitate talent discussions and drive actionable outcomes.

My background includes designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive development programs for all employee types. I have developed leadership curricula focused on core competencies, coaching, and performance management, and I am adept at identifying and curating resources to build leadership capability pipelines. 

I am experienced in owning and evolving dedicated employee development programs, aligning them with career pathing frameworks and individual aspirations. My expertise encompasses developing holistic L&D strategies, conducting needs assessments, sourcing and curating scalable learning content (e-learning, workshops, blended learning) suitable for distributed teams, managing LMS platforms, and establishing metrics to evaluate program effectiveness – achieving up to a 75% increase in training engagement and an 80% increase in training efficacy.

I am passionate about cultivating a culture of continuous learning and actively championing the professional development needs of all employees.
