Oscillating Frequency

With a passion for audio production cultivated over 15 years, I embarked on a self-taught journey sparked by a friend gifting me a laptop with digital audio software installed. This hobby led me to playing festivals worldwide while concurrently working in the wine industry during vintage periods.

In the past 13 years, I've carved a niche in the wine sector, earning a Bachelor's degree in Viticulture and Oenology from Lincoln University. From cellar hand to cellar master, I've honed my skills globally, finally settling in Portland, Oregon. In 2019, I launched Demeus Wines, delving into all aspects of wine making, including production, data entry, bookkeeping, social media management, marketing, and distribution.

However, a workplace injury in 2022 prompted a shift. After a year of surgeries and therapy, I've redirected my focus to a long-desired career in audio production. I've spent countless hours in my home studio, creating audio for various applications, attending workshops, and enrolling in courses at Berklee School of Music, set to start in January 2024. With 15 years of digital audio production experience, I'm eager to contribute my skills in sound design, mixing and mastering, and education within the audio production industry.

In 2019, I started Demeus Wines, focused on a somewhat avant-garde winemaking style, paying homage to old country European skin contact wines. Running the business has hands down been one of the greatest periods of growth in my life and I have learned many different aspects of wine making outside the sheer labor of manufactering the product.

I have a bachelors in Viticulture and Oenology from Lincoln University in Christchurch, New Zealand. 

I am currently enrolled with Berklee School of Music online, embarking on a certificate in Mastering Engineering with future plans to get my undergraduate in Audio Production with and emphasis on Sound Design, Mixing and Mastering and Audio for Film.
