• Supported 500-700 users and 1,500-2,500 complete computer systems both desktops and laptops including software, monitors, printers, scanners, fax machines, copiers, routers, servers, and switches.
• As an IT Support Specialist my role was to provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
• Provided Computer Support and Help Desk to 60+ users.
• Partnered with Tier III help desk to resolve complex problems that required escalation.
• Help desk related issues like reset of passwords and changing clients permissions
• Utilized ticketing system kasaya to handle tickets and get work done in a timely manner
• Utilized ConnectWise to service tickets, submit weekly timesheets, and to manage projects
• Assisted with on boarding of new users by setup new email accounts and assuring accessibility to the network
• Printer installation, configuration for use on LAN
• Refresh, reimage and install new images on laptops for current and incoming employees, loading required software, mapping drives, printers, adding to the domain, and server permissions
• Provided computer hardware/software installation, maintenance, server maintenance, trouble ticket resolution and root cause resolution maintaining all computer systems.
