I have a Masters degree in Microbiology and PhD in Food Science. I have more than 20 years lecturing experience in the university. I am passionate about teaching, research and community development 

Experience

I am expert communicator with advanced interpersonal skills and experience teaching hybrid food science courses as demonstrated by the graduation of over 200 students including master’s and PhD students. Currently carrying out collaborative research with a Professor at a US university and a Director of Food Safety at a leading food company in United States. I have also carried out research on the incidence of food borne pathogens in ready to eat foods and control with different interventions such as chlorine, essential oil, bacteriophage et

I have a Bachelor of Technology in Food and Industrial Microbiology from Federal University of Technology, Akure Nigeria (FUTA). Masters in Food Microbiology and PhD in Food Science from FUTA and University of Pretoria South Africa respectively
