About Oksana Dimitrova:

My name is Oksana Dimitrova, and I am a lifelong dancer, fitness enthusiast, professional bodybuilder and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I spent over 20+ years training in various forms of dance and fitness modalities, continuing to explore my passion for health and wellness well into adulthood. Since the start of my professional fitness career in 2021, I have had the pleasure of working as a trainer with 1-on-1 clients as well as a coach for both large (20+) and small (2-10) group classes.

Experience

I have spent 4+ years working with 1-on-1 clients as personal trainer in both a commercial gym setting as well as an in-home setting. In 2023 I expanded my work to large group settings, and have since taught at 3 group fitness studios in various modalities, including but not limited to dance fitness, rowing, HIIT and mat Pilates.
