At Tilting Futures, I lead and support all major aspects of our team’s employee journey from recruitment, to professional development, to career growth. I work with our team to ensure we have a positive org culture and an infrastructure in place that allows our team to have a strong sense of belonging and thrive in their roles. 

Before joining Tilting Futures, I served as Executive Director for Oakland Leaf, a nonprofit that cultivates community transformation through creative education for youth and families. I have a long history with nonprofits and socially conscious organizations that help the learning, development, and growth of young people.
