I’m passionate about helping people achieve their personal best through fitness, health/nutrition, & personal safety/self-defense training.

I‘ve been conducting personal training, couples training, private groups, & large group training - in general fitness, athletic strength & conditioning, obstacle race prep, boxing/kickboxing fitness, martial arts, & self-defense. I’ve been a fitness gym & martial arts studio owner for 28 years.

High School GED, Associates Degree, real-time/world experience working at various fitness gyms & martial arts schools for 28 years, as a personal trainer, group trainer, & athletic coach for world class & professional athletes.
