At age 41, I decided to pursue my passion for the Auto Industry. My desire to help customers in auto accidents is a deep passion. Eight years ago, my sister was hit by a drunk and drive individual which led to her being hospitalized for 3 months. After seeing this tragic accident take away from our family…I decided to be a vessel for the collective.  Fast forward, I am currently studying for the LSAT in hopes to become a successful Personal Injury Attorney, one day.

I am a single mom that focuses on raising my 6-year-old while I study during the day. I would love to pursue not just a job but a career that can further my passion to assist customers with their auto accidents. 

The professional experience that I have to offer is from being an auto claim specialist with an auto body collision center. Most body shops are interested in the “bodywork” of the vehicle. However, this particular collision shop took ownership of holding the customers' responsibility to work their own auto claims. I would spend hours with customers and insurance agents to help push their claims forward. This gave me the ability to gain superb knowledge within the auto claim industry. 

This exposure allowed me to pursue working for a personal injury law firm and also obtaining a paralegal certificate. 

The most relevant education is obtaining a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. My bachelor's in Business also gives me the opportunity to push projects forward and anticipate the next move to provide around service to the customer.
