Been in the nursing field help me a lot to be a better scrum master daily. As you monitor your patient's health, so is the-same concept when working on a project for a company, I also focus on team building through empathy. Why, because most of your developers are introverted and i as a scrum master needs to let them know that i sympathize with them and i will help them grow. i have been on the back-end of development projects, worked on Single Sign On Project and permission/Access granting, Cost Optimization when storing data in the cloud. I've worked with offshore teams, onshore teams while managing meetings and aligning project goals in different time zones. 9 years in this field has made me learn a lot. You cannot grow while being in your comfort zone or rejecting your losses
