I’m a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, specifically in ACH payments, wire transfers, and electronic payment systems. My focus has been leading and managing complex projects integrating financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing payment operations.

I've worked on several high-impact projects, including post-merger transitions and core banking migrations, where I led ACH system conversions and implemented solutions like Fiserv PEP+ to automate payments. I’ve successfully enhanced fraud detection systems, improved operational efficiency, and reduced processing errors.

My roles have involved a mix of hands-on business analysis, gathering requirements and designing solutions, and project management, leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. I’ve been instrumental in improving ACH processes, from designing workflows to integrating advanced fraud detection software like Verafin, resulting in significant operational gains.

My strength lies in navigating complex challenges, ensuring that teams stay aligned with project goals, and fostering stakeholder collaboration to deliver results that meet compliance standards and drive continuous improvement across payment systems.

I earned an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Passaic County Community College in 2004. Along with my academic background, I’ve consistently invested in professional development, acquiring certifications such as the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) from the Project Management Institute and the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis in 2023.

These certifications reflect my commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest methodologies in project management and business analysis, particularly in Agile environments. Additionally, I've completed various training programs that have bolstered my skills in leadership, Six Sigma, risk management, cybersecurity, and more.
