My interest in business started at a young age, when my dad ran his own general practice. Watching him interact with customers and handle the day-to-day operations of the business gave me insight into what it takes to be successful in business. As a student of marketing, much of my focus is on understanding how businesses acquire and influence customers. This includes studying how businesses deal with difficult customers and ensure a positive customer experience. In my opinion, marketing is essential to any successful business venture. I went to Vega School to attain my BCom in strategic brand management. My passion for digital marketing pushed me to obtain a certification in the field and build even more skills there. But I have learned that a company should be built like a project. This is why I'm studying for my Project management certification with University of Pretoria - with this, I'll be able to run businesses better than ever before! In hopes of reaching my financial goals, running my own businesses one day. I am slated to complete the program in January 2023. I keep myself physically active by training, I keep my mind sharp by reading often, and I take care of my close relationships.
