Niketa Kurjee

Masters graduate from the program at the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a concentration in a field in which I could like to pursue a career in Business and Healthcare Management/Administration. I have a special arrangement of aptitudes from different foundations, which permits me to take care of issues from alternate points of view. My leadership experience combined with my healthcare experience enables me to acquire new skills efficiently, as well as be able to react to unforeseeable circumstances with the tolerance and manners required in a medicinal service setting.

Support faculty and staff in the section, including at Baylor Medicine, VAMC, Ben Taub, Baylor Clinic, and Main Baylor.
Serve as a central contact for the section, including with external vendors.
Complete SAP transactions, including managing PO, depositing checks, placing shopping cart requests, and more.
Manage credentialing and annual faculty appointments.
Assist with onboarding of new faculty and staff.
Coordinate department meetings, retreats, and annual courses including marketing, strategic planning and logistics.
Support faculty with reimbursements on licenses and travel.
Support Success Factors personnel-related transactions.
Coordinate with the International Services Office regarding visa requests for new employees and visa extensions for current employees.
