• I enjoy teaching Science and I like to integrate it to Reading and Math.
• I enjoy listening to people stories, and finding out what motivates them to grow and develop.
• I enjoy traveling and learning about cultures, ecosystems and bringing it back to class to connect with standards in the curriculum guides.
• I love drawing and modeling different math strategies to teach students.
• I take advantage to teach grammatical structure in sentences in Reading class.
• I love to share classic books with my class, and apply DOK (Depth-Of-Knowledge) questions with them.

• Nine years of experience as ESL teacher in Colombia in elementary education in private schools.
• Experience in IB and Cambridge schools.
• Experience teaching Reading, Math, Social Studies, Science, Values, Religion, and Chess.
• Middle School and High school experience before graduated from college.

I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with Emphasis in Humanities and Spanish Language. I have  Professional teaching License of North Carolina.
