Nicole Pearce

Hello!  My name is Nicole, and I have over 14 yrs of Customer Service Representative experience. 

I have extensive knowledge of working in medical equipment sales, inventory control, purchasing, AR, training personnel, sales floor cash registers, multi-line phone systems, computers, Microsoft Office programs, and I strive for excellent verbal and written communications.  For 5 years I was a teacher for homeschool children. As a teacher and care coordinator, I taught all CORE subjects including Logic, and also electives of Computers, PE, Music, and Art. I recently trained in a CNA program, and obtained a BLS certification.  I am confident that my prior work experience is transferable to many of the daily activities and processes that multiple businesses engage in.  I look forward to working with you!

I went to Roseville HS and St Clair Shores AE to obtain my GED. I attended Oakland CC for 1yr to learn Psychology, Microbiology, Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition, Physical Education, Math/Algebra, and English Composition. I completed a certified Medical Billing course, and also a Certified Orthotic Fitter program including mastectomy and custom compression garments.  I trained for 4 weeks in a chain program. I obtained a current BLS certification.  And I am currently taking an accredited Naturopathy course.
