In my current role as a Registered Nurse with Hospice & Palliative Care, I work autonomously during evening and overnight hours, managing urgent symptom needs, crisis situations, and highly sensitive end-of-life concerns. I excel in performing thorough assessments, prioritizing care, and implementing rapid interventions that promote comfort and safety. My work requires exceptional clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to reassure and support families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

With over 13 years of progressive nursing experience across hospice, palliative care, acute med-surg/oncology, transitional care, mental health, and home health, I bring a well-rounded clinical foundation and a deep commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. My background uniquely positions me to support patients and families through complex health journeys with expertise, empathy, and a steady clinical presence.

I hold a strong academic foundation in nursing, beginning with an Associate of Applied Science in Practical nursing (2010), followed by Associate of Applied Science in Professional Nursing (2012).  I completed my Bachelor of Science in Professional nursing 2020.  I maintain active clinical credentials, including BLS Provider Certification (American Heart Association), and I am continuing to grow professionally through the  NursePreneurs Impact Business Foundations Course.
