Nicole Caro del Castillo

Hi! I'm Nicole and I am someone who truly enjoys making connections with people. Growing up communication was difficult when moving to the U.S as a young child. I did not speak a word of English so it shifted a bit of my personality into growing up shy and insecure with the same group of friends for years due to not having confidence. However, that all changed after I decided and realized that no matter how or why I couldn't be the first to start a conversation, it was time for me to take that step and it totally changed my life. As mush as I loved my friends, I wanted to prove to myself that I could make new ones. Once I did that, I gained lots of confidence and realized how amazing being able to communicate truly is. Being complimented on my personality truly brings me joy. Especially in a work environment in which can be stressful at times. When having those connection with whoever you're with and making their day a little better by just a few minutes of conversation is truly wonderful. I want to bring that joy and comfort to others and represent the business by being the first person they see at the door one word at a time:)

One of my fist jobs while I was in high school was an an optometry office as a receptionist. I lasted a year and truly learned a lot while being there. My responsibilities included, prepping the patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, handling payments & invoices. I worked as a preschool teacher in which gained the importance of a role model, patience, creativity & I also have lots of costumer, retail and management experience from working at businesses like the movies & clothing designers boutique.
