About Nicholas Stants:

I am currently working toward becoming certified by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). I have 2 and a half years of clinical coaching experience and would like to continue to sharpen my skills. I host and write for a blog (core5health.com) that focuses on explaining the science behind lifestyle change and on how simple tweaks can lead to a significantly healthier life. This experience makes me comfortable talking about healthy change and explaining complex concepts simply. 

Experience

Bachelor's in Science from Michigan State University.

Two and a half years of experience in health coaching.

Have written and published two books.

Have built two websites that I write on, one about healthy recipes (boldsalads.com) and one on the science of healthy lifestyle change (core5health.com).

I have tutored college students in STEM topics and co-taught two comparative anatomy lab sections at Michigan State University when I was an undergrad.
