Nicholas Reeg

With in the past 5 years at my present employer I have managed many aspects of an international shipping organization. Starting as a seasonal employee and working my way from the bottom to having the privilege of managing my own facility of over a hundred employees. I am self-driven and motivated by success. I am a firm believer if one of my team or trainees do not succeed, the process needs to be changed to evoke progress. I have a passion to teach and learn as well. Only when I grow can I expect to be the best for others, from employee to employer. 

Recent Accomplishments
Being recruited to revise an at-risk facility. Within one year we have taken this hub that was four years in the rears for compliance to being 100% safety compliant and having the best production numbers in the division. 

Establishing a safety culture and development of a safety committee, changing the image and importance of safety for my division. Taking it from one the bottom safety pictures to 3rd in the company in less than 2 years. 

2nd in the world next to London’s hub in production numbers as a part time small sort supervisor during the peak season of 2019

My greatest strengths match those most essential to constant growth and success
Being able to implement new procedures and polices almost immediately into my own work and encouraging others to follow suit.
Multiple experiences in management and training in several career fields
With an outstanding record of receiving information and applying it appropriately to critical situations. I utilize knowledge from my previous and current employers along with my life experiences to benefit the companies, including the co-workers around me in a positive manner. I have a track record of making the surroundings a more productive and pleasant environment to work in. I believe, in a world where the glass may be half full at times, but it provides opportunity to fill it the rest of the way. With my experiences I will be a viable asset to any company that chooses me to be a part of their team.
The ability to learn, grow, and develop in today’s realm of constantly changing variables is a priceless quality in the work force of tomorrow. With a proven history of being able to adapt and change in multiple industries I feel I will be a valuable asset to your organization.

Started at Thomas Edison University for Business Administrations. To further my knowledge base and become more of a viable asset to my employer.  Have not obtained a degree.
